Return Policy:

OUR QURANTEE OF QUALITY:  Every product you buy from us must be free of defects, or you may return it immediately for replacement or refund.  That's it---no fine print!  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

TEN DAY RETURN POLICY:  Should any item not meet your expectations, you may return it to the address on the packing slip within 10 days of receipt for a prompt exchange or refund.  Refund is minus shipping charges as this is considered a used service. At our sole discretion, we may apply a 20% restocking fee on any item returned for a refund.  Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer for replacements.  (Items returned after 10 days will be charged a 30% restocking fee)

BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE ITMES:   Please contact within 3 business days of receipt and we will give you special instructions for getting your replacement(s). 


AVOID RETURN PACKAGES:   In the event a package is returned to our warehouse, due to refusal, not available after 3rd attempt or buyer providing the wrong address, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred in addition to a 25% to 35% restocking fee.  To help avoid returns, please make sure you have given us your correct address and phone number so you may be contacted if there is a problem delivering your package.

The Security We Use to Protect Your Information.  We use the most advance technology available to process your credit card information.  We provide a secure area for the processing of your payment information.

What information we collect from you.  Your name, address, phone number and email is used only for processing your order.   We do not sell or distribute this information to anyone for any reason.

Sharing of information we collect from you.  We do not share any of the information we receive from you.

E-Mail Correspondence.  Your email address will not be added to any lists, sold or shared.  We use your email for the purpose of processing your order.  Your email address will be used by UPS for the delivery of your tracking number.
